Project Overview
The Rolfing & Movement Practice is a specialist Cape Town wellness practice led by Beryl Blaeser, offering Rolfing Structural Integration and movement-based approaches.
The objective was to create a professional, welcoming website that introduces visitors to a relatively unfamiliar form of bodywork, communicates Beryl’s expertise and encourages prospective clients to enquire about appointments.
The design combines a minimalist layout, expressive movement imagery and a distinctive yellow, black and white colour palette.
Rather than adding unnecessary complexity, the website focuses on what matters: clear information, an approachable presentation and straightforward ways to get in touch.

A Personal Understanding of the Practice
An especially memorable part of this project was being invited to experience a Rolfing session with Beryl firsthand.
The experience felt similar to deep-tissue bodywork, with particular attention to the fascia and areas of tension. It gave me a greater appreciation of the hands-on nature of Beryl’s work and the care she brings to her practice.
That personal insight reinforced the importance of creating a website that communicates her approach in an accessible, welcoming way.
